      5. have full power and authority to agree to these Terms.
    2. Children's Privacy

      As stated above, this Site is not directed at person under the age of eighteen (18). In general, if you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we discover that a person under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Data, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

    3. Enterprise User

      Unless I-Exchange Mining has provided prior, written approval to use your account for mining on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity (an “Enterprise User”), you will use the Services and your Mining Account (as defined below) only for your own account and not on behalf of, or for the account of, any third party. However, if I-Exchange Mining has approved your account for mining on behalf of an Enterprise User, you will use the Services and your Mining Account solely for the account of the specified Enterprise User. If you use any Services on behalf of any Enterprise User, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any such Enterprise User, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the Enterprise User to these Terms and that both you and the Enterprise User will be jointly and severally liable under these Terms for any violation of these Terms or any other act or omission by the Enterprise User or by you.

    1. I-Exchange Mining Account

      In order to use any Services, you must create and maintain an account through the Services (“I-Exchange Mining Account”). You can open a Mining Account by providing your email address and full name and other relevant details. To create or maintain your I-Exchange Mining Account, or enable functions on your I-Exchange Mining Account, you will be required to provide I-Exchange Mining with certain information and documentation, including, as applicable, the information and documentation associated with identity verification and other screening procedures described in the Section above. You will:

      1. Create a unique password;
      2. provide complete and accurate information;
      3. promptly update any information you have provided so that the information is complete and accurate at all times;
      4. maintain the security of your I-Exchange Mining Account by protecting your password from unauthorized access or use;
      5. promptly notify I-Exchange Mining if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access or use of your I-Exchange Mining Account or any security breaches related to your I-Exchange Mining Account; and
      6. be responsible for all activities that occur under your I-Exchange Mining Account, and accept all risks of any authorized or unauthorized access to your I-Exchange Mining Account.
    2. You Must Keep Your Account Details Safe

      If you choose, or you are provided with, a designated user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use. If you know or suspect that anyone other than you knows your user identification code or password, you must promptly notify us via


    You will ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access the Website are kept secure and confidential. You will immediately notify I-Exchange Mining of any unauthorised use of your passwords or any other breach of security and I-Exchange Mining will reset your password.
    When accessing and using the Service, You must:

    • not attempt to undermine the security or integrity of I-Exchange Mining’s computing systems or networks or, where the Services are hosted by a third party, that third party’s computing systems and networks.
    • not use, or misuse, the Services in any way which may impair the functionality of the Services or Website, or other systems used to deliver the Services or impair the ability of any other user to use the Services or Website;
    • not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the computer system on which the Website is hosted or to any materials other than those to which you have been given express permission to access;
    • not transmit or input into the Website any files that may damage any other person’s computing devices or software; content that may be offensive; or material or Data in violation of any law (including Data or other material protected by copyright or trade secrets which you do not have the right to use);
    • not attempt to modify, copy, adapt, reproduce, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer any computer programs used to deliver the Services or to operate the Website except as is strictly necessary to use either of them for normal operations.
    • ensure that all usernames and passwords required to access the Website are kept secure and confidential. You will immediately notify I-Exchange Mining of any unauthorised use of your passwords or any other breach of security and I-Exchange Mining will reset your password;
    1. By Registering as a Member you represent and warrant:
      1. that you have read and accepted the Terms; and
      2. that you are at least 18 years of age and have the capacity to accept the Terms;
      3. that you are the legal owner of the funds you add to your account with I-Exchange Mining and that the same funds derive from a legitimate source;
      4. that using I-Exchange Mining services does not constitute a breach of your home jurisdictions’ laws;
      5. that you are aware of the risks in using the services provided by I-Exchange Mining. These risks involve the gold and altcoins that we mine and you may lose all of the funds in your Mining account if the market moves against us;
      6. that the information or documents you provide as part of any ID verification process are correct, genuine and up-to-date;
      7. that any crptocurrency wallet address you provide is your own and that you have full control over this address;
    2. We do not condone any form of derogatory messages sent to our Customer Care Service Team, as this undermines our integrity. Such an act is highly frowned upon and your I-Exchange Mining Account would be suspended indefinitely.
    3. No Fraudulent activities are allowed. We consider every Miner a member of our family, as such we do not condone any act of fraud against fellow miners or team members. If concrete evidence is presented against you, by your Sponsor. We would carry out the proper investigation and if found guilty, your Mining Account would be Suspended indefinitely. Please read the paragraph below.
      We may freeze any Mining Account in the event that we suspect or have reason to believe you are engaged in suspicious or fraudulent, or other activities or have breached any of the above warrant, this may result in the suspension of your mining account or termination of your mining contract. We expressly exclude ourselves from any losses or profits you would have made as a result of us shutting down or suspending your Mining Account early and you agree to indemnify us completely against any third party action resulting from your conduct of us having to close your Mining Account early. Whilst your Account is frozen we will conduct an investigation and may require you to cooperate with our enquiries via our Customer Care Service. During the investigation stage you will not be able to make Withdrawals from your I-Exchange Mining Account nor will you be able to mine. At the end of the investigation we may, at our own discretion, decide to close your Mining Account and end your Contract, for which we are not required to provide you with any reasons.
    4. It is your responsibility entirely to provide us with correct details including your withdrawal address. We accept no liability resulting in you not receiving the Bitcoin withdrawn due to you providing incorrect or out-of-date details. It is also your responsibility to ensure transactions sent to I-Exchange Mining are well-formatted and denominated in the correct currency. I-Exchange Mining excludes all liability for any incorrect transactions, including but not limited to Litecoin sent to Bitcoin addresses.
    5. It is our responsibility to maintain an orderly mining operation during your Contract and as such we may at our own discretion halt Mining and access on the Website due to market disruption or other relevant external events. We exclude all liability for any claimed losses or profits lost as a result of us halting Mining.
    6. Number of I-Exchange Mining Accounts: I-Exchange Mining may, in its sole discretion, limit the number of Mining Accounts that you may hold, maintain, or acquire.

    There may be limits on the amounts that you are able to withdraw on a daily or other periodic basis. I-Exchange Mining may also require you to verify that any External Wallet Address to which you seek to withdraw funds to is associated with an Approved I-Exchange Mining Account.


    I-Exchange Mining is not your broker, intermediary, agent, or advisor and has no fiduciary relationship or obligation to you in connection with any transactions or other decisions or activities effected by you using the Services. No communication or information provided to you by I-Exchange Mining is intended as, or shall be considered or construed as, advice. Please refer to the Sections below for a summary of some of the risks you should consider when choosing whether to use our Services.


    Before an Order is executed, our Services will generate and display a confirmation dialogue box summarizing the details of the proposed transaction, including the type and specified amount of your order. Your Order will then be placed upon confirmation of the Order summary via the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you agree that the failure of the Services to provide such Order summary or confirmation shall not prejudice or invalidate any Order submitted by you.

    1. Consent to Electronic Delivery

      You consent to receive electronically all communications, agreements, documents, receipts, notices, and disclosures (collectively, “Communications”) that I-Exchange Mining provides in connection with this Agreement, your I-Exchange Mining Account or any Services. You agree that I-Exchange Mining may provide these Communications to you by posting them via the Services, by emailing them to you at the email address you provide, sending them using an app or other messaging service to your account on the app or messaging service. You should maintain copies of electronic Communications by printing a paper copy or saving an electronic copy. You may also contact I-Exchange Mining Customer Care Service Team to request additional electronic copies of Communications or, for a fee, paper copies of Communications (as described below) by filing a support ticket request at

    2. Hardware and Software Requirements

      In order to access and retain electronic Communications, you will need a computer with an Internet connection that has a current web browser with cookies enabled and 128-bit encryption. You will also need to have a valid email address on file with I-Exchange Mining and have sufficient storage space to save past Communications or an installed printer to print them.

    3. Withdrawal of Consent

      You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications by sending a withdrawal notice to our Customer Care Service Support Team by filing a support request at If you decline or withdraw consent to receive electronic Communications, I-Exchange Mining may suspend or terminate your use of the Services.

    4. Requesting Paper Copies

      If, after you consent to receive Communications electronically, you would like a paper copy of a Communication that I-Exchange Mining previously sent you, you may request a copy within 30 days after the date I-Exchange Mining provided the Communication to you by contacting us at In order for I-Exchange Mining to send paper copies to you, you must have an up-to-date address on file with I-Exchange Mining. Please note that our Customer Care Services operate exclusively online and it is very burdensome for I-Exchange Mining to produce paper copies of Communications. Therefore, if you request paper copies, you agree that I-Exchange Mining may charge you a processing fee for each page of Communication requested.

    5. Updating Contact Information

      It is your responsibility to keep your email address and/or mobile phone number on file with I-Exchange Mining up to date so that we can communicate with you electronically. If I-Exchange Mining sends you an electronic Communication but you do not receive it because your email address or mobile phone number on file is incorrect, out of date, blocked by your service provider, or you are otherwise unable to receive electronic Communications, I-Exchange Mining will be deemed to have provided the Communication to you. Please note that if you use a spam filter that blocks or re-routes emails from senders not listed in your email address book, you must add I-Exchange Mining to your email address book so that you will be able to receive the Communications we send to you. You can update your email address, mobile phone number, or street address at any time by filing a support request at If your email address or mobile phone number becomes invalid such that electronic Communications sent to you by I-Exchange Mining are returned, I-Exchange Mining may deem your Mining account to be inactive, and you may not be able to complete any transaction via our Services until I-Exchange Mining receives a valid, working email address or mobile phone number from you.


    When you upload or post content to our site, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform that user-generated content in connection with our site and the Services or Digital Content.
    By submitting content to any public area of the Website, including blogs, message boards, and forums, you grant I-Exchange Mining a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content (in whole or in part) worldwide and to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You also permit any subscriber to access, display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use. By submitting any content to the Website you warrant that you are entitled to and have all necessary intellectual property rights over that content.

    1. Ownership of Services

      The Services, Site and all technology, content and other materials used, displayed or provided in connection with the Services or Site together with all intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing are, as between you and us, owned by I-Exchange Mining Inc.

    2. You Must Keep Your Account Details Safe

      You may use the I-Exchange Mining Materials solely as authorized by us in connection with your use of the Services for as long as we permit you to continue to access the Services. Without limiting the foregoing: you will not

      1. resell, lease, lend, share, distribute or otherwise permit any third party to use the Site, Services or I-Exchange Mining Materials or use the Site, Services or I-Exchange Mining Materials in any service bureau environment;

"I-Exchange Mining Incorporated”, any product or service names, logos, and other marks used on the Site or Materials, or otherwise in connection with the Services, are trademarks owned by I-Exchange Mining or its licensors. You may not copy, imitate or use them without our prior written consent.

      I-Exchange Mining will own any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information or materials regarding I-Exchange Mining or the Services that you provide, whether by email, posting through the Services or otherwise (“Feedback”). You hereby assign to I-Exchange Mining all right, title and interest to Feedback together with all associated intellectual property rights. You will not be entitled to, and hereby waive any claim for, acknowledgment or compensation based on any Feedback or any modifications made based on any Feedback.


    You hereby grant to I-Exchange Mining a royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, display, perform, publish and distribute, in any form, medium or manner, any text, information, data, materials, images, or other content you provide to I-Exchange Mining using the Services or submit or post to the Site and that is not Feedback owned by I-Exchange Mining (the “User Content”). You represent and warrant that:

    2. By using this service you confirm your understanding that the timely operation of the Internet and the World Wide Web is governed by constraints beyond the control of I-Exchange Mining. You accept that I-Exchange Mining is not liable for any perceived slow operation of the Website.
    3. By using this service you accept that all payments executions are final and irreversible.

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I-Exchange Mining, its contractors, and its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Website, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.


    In no event will I-Exchange Mining Inc, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for:

    1. any special, incidental or consequential damages;
    2. the cost of procurement or substitute products or services;
    3. any interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or
    4. any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to I-Exchange Mining under this agreement during the period of your Mining Contract prior to the cause of action. I-Exchange Mining shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
    1. I-Exchange Mining reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms, including without limitation, the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your Mining Contract or deny you access to the Website without notice; and
    2. I-Exchange Mining shall be entitled to disclose your user identity and personal details if required or requested by a court of law, governmental agency or any other law enforcement authority in such circumstances as I-Exchange Mining in its sole discretion considers reasonably necessary or appropriate.

    Any failure or delay by I-Exchange Mining to enforce any of the Terms or to exercise any right under the Terms will not be construed as a waiver to any extent of our rights.


    Neither party is liable for delay in meeting its obligations due to any cause outside its reasonable control including acts of god, riot, war, malicious acts of damage, fires, electricity supply failure, Government authority.


    Should any provision of these Terms be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, you agree to an amendment by I-Exchange Mining of such provision to provide for enforcement of the provisions intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


    When we consider that a breach of these terms of use has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate. Failure to comply with these terms of use may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

    1. Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use our site.
    2. Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any Contribution uploaded by you to our site.
    3. Issue of a warning to you.
    4. Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.
    5. Further legal action against you.
    6. Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary or as required by law.

    Headings of sections are for convenience only and shall not be used to limit or construe such sections.


    These Terms of Service contain the entire agreement, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings between the parties regarding the Services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other agreement you may have with I-Exchange Mining, these Terms will control unless the other agreement specifically identifies these Terms and declares that the other agreement supersedes these Terms.
